What is PiYo?

PiYo™ LIVE - A mat-based formatted class designed for people who like to sweat & burn calories! It is inspired by Yoga and Pilates using focus, flow, and fusion-style movements, as it incorporates dynamic balance, strength, flexibility, and functional training in a rhythmic style. Suitable for all levels!

 

When can I try it?

Our instructor, Kadie, is piloting this class for the month of September to gauge the members' interest. It's up to you to get this class on our schedule FULL-TIME! So come to our PI-Yo classes on Septmber 17th (Thursday) at 5:30 pm and on September 26th (Saturday) at 9:00 am to try this exciting new class.
